 🚶🚶‍♀️Kinvara GAA Starting Soon

🟣Our first pilot programme will commence on Friday 21st Feb @5.30pm  at Kinvara GAA grounds🥳🫵

🟡The initial pilot programme will run for 4 consecutive weeks,  1 hr per session ,  costing €15.

🟣 Activator Poles were designed in Canada by physiotherapists and their ergonomic design means that they support the user, taking pressure off the joints and improving posture.

🟡Activator Poles  can be used by anyone, at any fitness level.
